DA / DK Series – heavy-duty Gearbox
 
DK series helical gearmotor and ALSO Series helical-bevel geared reducers are heavy duty industrial type gearbox. In body size across all four positions at one level are designed to carry a variety of high power.
 
Rigid structures are suitable to be used in severe conditions. Body material GGG40 ductile iron casting are used. The gears are manufactured from high quality case hardened steel. A surface hardness of 58-60 HRC heat treatment of gears is done and to provide high-tech grinding benches.
 
The exit hole reducers on request or are presented as National full national output. According to the working conditions of the gearbox lubrication and cooling alternatives can be applied. Also, the tightening lock bracelet or accessories are available, such as the return to special. Special seal for applications in dusty environments are available.
 
At the entrance on the hydraulic clutch and the motor chassis; elastic at the exit clutch complete solutions can be offered.
 
Extruder for extruder-throated left or right output options.
