DKP series – planetary gearboxes for twin shaft mixers
                                                          
Planetary gearboxes, capable of high torque transmission in a compact body are in. DKP series planetary gearboxes, designed specifically for twin shaft concrete mixers. 1 M3, 2 m3, 3 m,3 , and 5 M3 , and mixers are used for.
 
DKP series gearbox with special flange on the input shaft of the reduction gear and the pulley, and connect the two to the reducer design, it is possible to connect with the shaft from each other.
 
Rigid structures are suitable to be used in severe conditions. Body material GGG40 ductile iron casting are used. The gears are manufactured from high quality case hardened steel. A surface hardness of 58-60 HRC heat treatment of gears is done and to provide high-tech grinding benches. For special seal applications are available.
